There are two parts to maintaining information on the class.
1. There is a page that describes the class in detail. This detail includes the class dates and more. When a new class is to be set, edit this page to show that information.
2. The class product page also includes class specifics, and it should be edited as well.
To edit a page, login to the web site, then navigate to the page. You will see an Edit link at the top of the page. Click this link, then edit the page as needed. When you have finished the edits, go to the bottom of the page and click SAVE.
